Personal Training sessions are designed for individuals or groups who wants help and guidence on a regular basis to achieve there goals. Here are some of the reasons why you would attend

Before starting we will discuss the above and you will undertake a seris of health and fitness checks which are vital to monitor progress and ensure you are able to undertakes exercises safely. These will enable us to determine the intensity and duration of each session.
Session will cover cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility. Every 6 to 8 weeks you will receive a health and fitness assessment to monitor and re-assess your fitness to allow use to monitor your programme. In addition you will receive regular flexibility checks, a programme, postural and technical advice and nutritional advice.

Fitness test
This is designed to find out initial stage of fitness and to chart changes through your training.
Things that are checked are
- Blood pressure
- Body composition, body fat % or bmi or bio-electrical impedance
- Lung function tests
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Range of movement tests
- Resting heart rate
A small gym is available for one to one sessions for those that are self concious and dont like large gym setups.
General advice
This is a general look at your overall of the fitness assessments but will include a look at general lifestyle and a food and mood diary which you will be asked to fill in before the appointment.
